Aquarous Jomtien Pattaya is located in Nong Prue, about 500 meters from the beach - an easy walk. The project is made up of two towers, 44 and 47 floors high. In total, there are 606 units and a small number of commercial spaces. The plot is spacious, just over 5-3-76 rai, so it doesn’t feel overly dense.

The project comes from Asset Wise. A developer with a solid presence in Thailand, active for nearly 20 years. They’ve delivered many projects already. The company is publicly listed, which usually means more transparency and structured processes.
The developer behind Aquarous Jomtien Pattaya is AssetWise Public Company Limited. However, AssetWise and Rhom Bho Property are now connected through a strategic partnership. AssetWise - one of Thailand’s major publicly listed developers - became a shareholder in Rhom Bho Property, the company behind well-known Phuket projects such as The Title Olive, The Title Biancana, The Title Casa De Monte, The Title Coralina Kamala, The Title ViVi, and several other condominium developments across the island.
Unit sizes start from 34.70 sq.m. for one-bedroom layouts and go up to a large 315.90 sq.m. penthouse. About 85% of the units have sea views. That’s quite rare for a project of this scale. That’s unusually high for a project of this scale. Here, it’s not limited to a few premium lines - it’s part of the overall concept.
